The Profitable Lash Business Class · free and live

How Booked Lash Artists Keep More of What They Make and Get Their Time Back (Without Adding Clients, Working Longer Days or Opening Another Location)

Live with Danielle Rae, who has spent almost 20 years building lash businesses: two studios, a training academy and her own lash supply brand. At 33, close to $1M in revenue, she had to borrow $10K to make payroll. This is what she fixed.

Here's what you'll learn

01

The Five Numbers

Why "I need more clients" usually isn't the problem, and the five numbers Danielle checks first to find exactly where a booked lash business is leaking money.

02

The Profit Price

How to price for margin instead of matching the artist down the street, and raise prices on loyal clients without losing them.

03

The Freedom Systems

The rebooking, VA and team setup that lets your business run without you behind the lash bed every hour.

The shift that changed everything

More clients can grow a business, but they can't fix a leaky one. Before you chase anyone new, find the leak.

At 33 I was close to $1M in revenue and I still had to borrow $10K to make payroll. Fully booked isn't the same as profitable.Danielle

Lash Executive · studio owner, educator and founder of Brilliant Lash Pro

Danielle started lashing in 2007 with no followers, no clients and no clear roadmap. In 2009 people were still asking her if lashes were just a fad.

She went on to build two studios, Garnet Lash Studios in San Diego and Monterey, a training academy and her own professional lash supply brand. At 33, close to $1M in revenue, she had to borrow $10K to make payroll. More clients, more staff, more revenue, and almost everything that came in went straight back out.

That's when she stopped asking how to make the business bigger and started asking how to make it work for her. It's what she talks about every week on Lashes & Coffee and Behind the Brilliance, and it's what this class is about.
